The Nova 100 is our entry-point precision controller — designed for farms that want measurable chemical savings without unnecessary complexity. It handles 5 boom sections, supports manual or automatic rate control, and runs on any 12V tractor cabin.
Overview
Nova 100 is a sprayer computer, also called a rate controller or spraying dosage computer, for the field sprayer. It reads flow, pressure and speed sensors and holds the litres-per-hectare rate you set at every tractor speed, so the operator drives and the computer doses. It is the entry point to precision spraying: automatic rate control, 5 section switches and job records, without GNSS or a colour screen.

What does a sprayer rate controller do?
A rate controller keeps the application rate (l/ha) constant. When the tractor slows down or speeds up, Nova 100 adjusts the proportional valve so the same amount of chemical lands on every hectare. It also stops spraying below the minimum pressure, records up to 10 jobs and shows tank volume and covered area on the 20 × 4 display.
Can I retrofit Nova 100 to my existing field sprayer?
Yes. Nova 100 is designed as a retrofit kit: the computer or box goes in the cab, the 20 BAR 5W Wolf electro valve kit is fitted to the sprayer plumbing and the valve cable connects the two. Any brand of field sprayer with a standard valve block can be converted, usually in one working day by your dealer.
Does Nova 100 need GPS?
No. Speed can come from a wheel or radar sensor, so Nova 100 works with no satellite signal at all. If you want speed from GNSS or covered-area counting without a wheel sensor, add the compact Cross 100 antenna (order code KYP044).
How much does Nova 100 cost and how do I buy it?
The price depends on the valve kit, cable lengths and options (GNSS antenna, sensors) your machine needs, so we quote per configuration. Use the "Request a quote" button on this page or write to us on WhatsApp; a Tim dealer in your country will reply with a complete kit price and delivery time.
What support and warranty come with Nova 100?
Every Tim product ships with a 2-year warranty, a printed quick guide and access to the Nova Support wizard in the Field Hub. Installation and operator training are handled by the local dealer; firmware updates are free and loaded via USB.
